The Drumoak Youth Project - run by local young people - was started in order to provide new youth facilities (an all-weather ballgames pitch and outdoor meeting point).  The Youth Shelter is complete, as is the first stage of the multi-sport court.

Youth Shelter

The Youth Shelter (seen right) was completed in Dec 2004 and officially opened on 17 March 2005, with generous help from:-

• Clark Construction (design and main construction)
• Duncan Wight (digging foundations and donating telegraph poles)
• Garry Wood (providing and carrying out the staining of the Shelter)
• Derek Anderson (Providing metal brackets for supporting seating)

Multi-Sport Court

The court (hard surface ONLY as the first stage) was completed in June 2005 and is available for use.
